A blurb about The Critter and I. Our horse paradise of 10 acres in a very small town. The Struggles and Triumps of everyday life, of our farm equipment (that was state of the art during the FDR administration) along with all the amazing things Critter can build. and all the things that the horses , cats and dog can do to bring joy and insanity to our lives. Two adults from the city into the country. Living in a barn that Critter built all by himself! and my ramblings :-)

Ya, Your are wishin you were me I bet!
UGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! I simply do not have time to be a good citizen with all this work on my desk and less than 2 weeks from vacation UGGGGGG!!!
Doesn't it just figure!? Well Hubby got a jury summons about three weeks ago. Here in Umatilla County they have changed it to serving ONE DAY. Guess what day they scheduled him for? TODAY! OCT the 12th. Yep they scheduled him for a holiday! He checked his schedule, and surprisingly they did not need jurors today! WooHOO! He got lucky!
Jury duty was 2.5 days of sitting in a chair designed by Satan 3 cases- ATTEMPTED Murder, Felony DWI and a civil case where the homeowner split on a builder and Yes, I managed to escape all three YEA!!!
