My job in the accounting field? Yea, thought not- I will tell you that closing year end is my least favorite thing and that I have to work all weekend and probably next one. I am so thankful to have a job in these times but really would not mind a couple days off. No, the days I took off to get my implants don't count because they were just painful.
Update: on the Ding Dong caper. Critter blamed the cats as expected :-) I have replenished my stock and hired an armed guard to watch them-Lets see him try to snag my Ding Dong again :-)
Have a blessed day bloggers!
UGH, working on weekend! I think it was the Critter, not the cats. LOL
ReplyDeleteI hear Ding Dongs cause early menopause! :)
ReplyDeleteyou have some intelligent cats--if they can get the wrappers off AND throw them away! my vote goes to critter, too.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with Jakie pulling a chair over to the counter and climbing up to get into my "stash" or says Cat Daddy. He swears up and down he's seen Jake do it...Yeah...right!
ReplyDeleteGirl, I feel your pain with the end of year rituals and don't envy you one bit!
Debbie
Dee,
ReplyDeleteWish I was at the beach :-)
Matt,
OMG!!!!!!!! Nothing good is ever good for ya right?
Beverly,
they are sweeties but not so smart If they were I might not have to work LOL!
Debbie,
What do ya think it is with hubbies ?? Ya, know if we got into their stash we would be smart enough to replace and them be none the wiser :-)
The cats in our house get blamed for eating all of the cookies..=)
ReplyDeleteWorking weekends is never fun. Sorry you have to do it even for a few weekends.
Have a good week!
Ha! You said Ding Dong!
ReplyDeleteDesert Hen,
ReplyDeletePoor cats can't seem to catch a break
Susan, S*** It !!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!
Leave it to a cat. Sneaky creatures, they are. Sinister.
ReplyDeleteMy dogs once got into a box of Star Crunch. They figured out how to unwrap them like people, I guess, because the only reason I didn't blame it on The Boy was that I finally noticed teeth marks in the box.
