Don't ask me what is going on with all the white dots in the picture. Ghost people call em orbs. I just call effects from a old crappy camera
If they were Orbs I would probably think we have built the barn on a burial ground. LOL
Anyway, This is what the Critter has been done this week. He bought stained and installed the kitchen cabinets.
We are undecided about the counter tops.
We got a big white cast iron sink and we are putting a rubbed bronze tall fixture in the sink.
We are doing a tile back splash all around the counter and now we are undecided about the counter top Red, White or some type of brown. Who knows?
The flooring came in and we will be getting it some time this week. It is also a dark brown hardwood to match the cabinets.
I think that once the appliances and floor are in that it will be amazing.
Critter has so much talent.
Next big thing will be the bathroom. I am decorating it around a picture my sister gave me and it will be totally different from the rest of the house
Can you see my bay mare in the kitchen window? It will be wonderful to live with the kids just outside the door

P.S. If you get the chance, go to Laurie Anna's Vintage Home off my sidebar and see the kitchen redo posted...probably about three or four posts down her blog. You might get some ideas on countertop, etc. It's really great stuff!

ReplyDeleteKimber - Ain't it sad It's just one of those things I have not made a priority but the funny thing is Critter was taking pictures last night with that camera and none of them had the dots they were perfect HMMMM???
