My mom is having eye surgery tomorrow, so I am going to stay with her until Sat.
If you recall I called her about a month ago and she said she couldn't hear me so she was going to have her eyes checked.
Turns out she has bad cataracts so it's off to the hospital at 5 am in the morning and surgery is sch. for 7 am. ( I am loving harassing Mom about that line - Can't hear due to poor sight)
Think of her in your prayers she is a wonderful woman and I know you would love her if ya knew her.

My MIL had the same surgery last month in her left eye... and next month, they'll do her right eye...
ReplyDeleteShe said she had no idea what she was missing! She'd forgotten how beautiful things were when seen through clear eyes... she's 79-yrs old...
I wish and pray for the same results for your sweet mom...

ReplyDeleteMy father-in-law had surgery 6 mos. ago and he said he cannot remember seeing that well at 30...he's 80.
And just think, her hearing will improve as well.
I'll send up a prayer for y'all and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.
