Heads on Sticks, Meeting Deb, Walking a million miles and a great day with my Critter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We headed south to Warrenton at 6am this morning on some great advice from Deb at Talking Trash and we were blown away!! Antiques and booths of all kinds for MILES Yes, MILES :-) We made it to Zapp Hall around 9:30 this morning and left late evening. We had a so much fun.

Doll heads on sticks, made into lamps, arms and legs looking for torsos, body parts everywhere Too funny and creepy all at the same time

LOOK!!!!!! Deb from Talking Trash. I had the honor of meeting her and Cat Daddy. She is so sweet. She had the most perfect piece for my bathroom but Critter said "4inches to long"
Isn't that always the problem ? We got some great ideas and have decided that Critter will be building our bathroom vanity.
(I must be squinting my eyes in this pic. or Critter was waiting till I looked really goofy, before snapping the pic. I would use another but, he only took one)

Critter says the expression on this gal reminds him of a certain someone.
I think that the fake lady laying up in the bench apparently, having had to much wine looks nothing like Pickles.

Here is Critter telling a well endowed petite plastic woman, that she has nothing on his Scrappy

Critter and this guy were swapping tuna casserole recipes (I don't think the guy was impressed with Critters take on tuna)

As you can see Critter spent the day associating with some strange kinda folks. We ate so much food it was unreal. We found a million kitchen tables we liked but, could not decide on one.
If I was not being forced to downsize we would have brought a truckload home.
We will be returning in the fall.
If you are from the parts and have been to Canton, Texas on First Monday let me tell ya - it is nothing compared to whats going on down south this week.
Have a good night yall !!!

going 77 S before you get to Lagrange hook a left in Giddings and bout 30 mins you are there. It makes Canton look like a corner store.I think the offical number of vendors there is 20 gabillion. It was great!!!! There are really great pieces there A must-see
